Bodies found

By the way...

Jeffrey's body was found, along with 8 others. They were in the stairwell when the building collapsed, and his body, surprisingly, is intact. 4 of the bodies were firemen. Crushed instead of disintegrated. I didn't mention this because it didn't seem relevant at the time... but while we still believed that Jeff was alive, my cousin Jane told us about a weird dream she had. She said all she remembered of the dream was Jeffrey's voice, telling her he was fine, and to come get him at 78th & 4th. My family, willing to try anything, and believing strongly in signs such as this, searched the area for hospitals that may be housing survivors to no avail.

That was the day before Roger found the CD with the song, "Fragile" on it.

When Jeffrey's body was found yesterday, a laminated picture was found secured tightly in his helmet. It's a picture of our grandfather - my father's father, Jeffrey's mother's father. He got it from Grandpa's wake, you know, those laminated cards with pictures on one side and a quote or scripture on the other. Well, on the back was the address of the cemetery where Grandpa and Grandmere are buried together. It's at 78th & 4th.

It's good to know he's home.
