Well, I guess its true, everyone should have the right and access to be turned on. But Im sorry, I cant stop giggling as I think of all the OTHER things I want to say about this.
Last night was a kick in the pants. After work, I met up with Mitch for some coffee and chat. Mitch is interviewing locals who keep web logs, and he had some questions for me. Cool guy, writer and journalist, and I think he actually understood some of my nervous babbling. If I show up in an article, youll be the first to know.
After coffee talk, I went to meet up with Bluetech for our dinner date. Man, this guy blows me away. Genius, talent, humility, authenticity, brilliance and love. What a joy, to spend a few hours with Bluetech. After drinks and appetizers (neither of us very hungry), and stimulating conversation, he let me visit the studio where hes been creating some of his latest (most music for commercial use). He also played a few songs that werent geared toward commercials, and listening to those layers of sound, I felt transported.
Id love to sit alone with some of that music sometime. Close my eyes and be several places at once, listen and see, and most importantly, feel . I cant wait for his first full album.
Thats all for now, my dears. I have a busy day full of meetings and phone calls, and then right after work, I head to my weekly pornography seminar. Oops, found a typo: thats paralegal seminar. But Im sure youve already figured that out.
